Its origin is in Deep South Cajun country - a place of unique spices, peppers, and traditionally inspired French flavors. Delivers subtle heat and ''tang'' without a hot or bitter aftertaste. For more heat, marinate longer or use to baste as you cook. Enjoy a full 6-Bottle case.
I tried the Allegro marinades on some pork chops, and while they had a nice flavor, they were a little too hot for my taste. The three-pack is nice to have, but I wish I'd chosen a milder option. Not a total miss, but proceed with caution if you can't handle spice!

Delicious but a bit too spicy
I loved the flavor of these Allegro marinades, but wow, they are really spicy! They definitely add depth to grilled meats, but I had to mix them with something milder for the kids. Still, a good buy if you love heat!

Great Flavor for BBQs!
I bought the Allegro hot marinades for my summer BBQs, and they really added a nice kick to my chicken! The 12.7 oz bottles in this pack of 3 are perfect for marinating ahead of time. Just be prepared for some heat!

Arrived leaking, but still tasty
I was excited to try the Allegro marinades, but one of the bottles arrived leaking, which was a letdown. The flavors were solid when I finally got to use them, but I was disappointed with the packaging. Just be careful when ordering!
