Chimichurri is a delicious dressing for any roasted meat such as beefsteak, pork, ribs, burgers and sausages. Can be used as a marinade. For a thinner sauce, add olive oil.
I've been using Badia's chimichurri steak sauce for my backyard BBQs, and it really elevates the flavor of the meat. The olive oil adds a nice richness, and it's perfect for marinating or as a table sauce. Definitely a staple in my pantry now!

Nice taste, but a bit oily
The Badia chimichurri sauce has a good flavor, but I found it to be a bit too oily for my taste. It works well as a marinade, but I prefer something less greasy when using it as a topping. Still, the 8 oz size is great for the price, and I appreciate having a two-pack.

Disappointed with the packaging
I love chimichurri and was excited to try this, but the bottles arrived with some sauce leaking out due to poor packaging. The flavor is decent, but I expected better quality control from Badia. I might give it another try if they fix the packaging issues.
