I tried Bob's Red Mill organic medium grind cornmeal for making arepas. It was decent, but I wish it was a finer grind. It worked, but the texture wasn't quite right for my taste. Might look for a different brand next time.

The cornmeal itself is great, but the bag arrived with a small tear in it. I lost a bit of the product, which was frustrating. Otherwise, the taste and quality are top-notch so I might try again if they improve the packaging.
