This Comforting Blend Begins With Eleuthero, An Asian Herb Popular For Centuries Because Of The Sense Of Calm And Well Being It Imparts. Weve Added Cooling Peppermint, Spicy Ginger And Tangy Lemons To Create A Remarkably Uplifting Herbal Blend. Bring Harmony To Your Hectic Day With A Cup Of This Flavorful And Restorative Tea.
The Tension Tamer tea has a nice subtle flavor that's not overpowering. I usually drink it during my work breaks to help keep stress in check. It works pretty well, though I wish it was a bit stronger in flavor.

Not My Favorite Herbal Blend
I tried Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer hoping for relief, but the flavor wasn’t quite to my taste. It’s a bit too mild for me. I might stick to stronger teas for tension relief in the future.

Came Damaged, But Tea is Good
I really like the Tension Tamer tea, but my box arrived a bit dented and some bags were torn. The tea itself is great, soothing my nerves after a long day, but I was disappointed with the delivery condition.
