1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter and one egg
Optional: Add 2/3 cup chocolate chips for extra chocolate!
Easy Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: With an electric mixer, whip softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Step 3: Gradually add contents of package. (Batter will be stiff.)
Step 4: Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 5: Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Makes 36 cookies
Ingredients:
Flour (bleached white flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, cocoa, nonfat dry milk (vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3), vanilla powder (dextrose and vanilla beans), cornstarch, baking soda, sea salt.
