After trying these Gefen noodles, I was let down. They fell apart in the boiling water and didn’t hold their shape well. I had high hopes, but I won’t be purchasing these again.

Decent noodles, but not my favorite
These Gefen elbow noodles were okay. They cooked fine, but I found them a bit too mushy for my liking after boiling. They work in a pinch but I think I'll stick with my usual brand next time.

Perfect for my soups!
I love using these Gefen elbow noodles in my homemade soups! They add a nice heartiness without getting overly soft. The 9 oz size is perfect for a single batch, too. Will keep them stocked in my pantry!

Packaging was damaged, but noodles were fine
The noodles themselves are pretty good, but my package arrived with some crushed boxes. Fortunately, the noodles were fine after I checked them. It would be nice if they had better packaging next time.

Great for pasta salad nights!
I used the Gefen elbow noodles for a big pasta salad for a family gathering, and they turned out fantastic. The texture was just right, and they held up well with all the dressing. Definitely buying this again!
