Good but needs a little seasoning
This breader does the job, but I found it a bit bland on its own. I like to add some spices for extra flavor. The convenience of the 5-pound size is great for batch cooking, though!

Not as good as I hoped
I was really excited to try this breader, but unfortunately, the coating wasn't as crispy as I expected. My package also arrived with a small tear in it, which was disappointing. Maybe I'll give it another shot when I run out, but I'm not sure.
