These noodles taste good, but I felt they were a little more expensive than other brands. Still, the quality is nice and they do cook up quickly. Just wish I could find them at a better price point!

Short lifespan, not worth it
I was really excited to try these noodles, but they arrived with a short expiration date, which was disappointing. They tasted okay, but the freshness just wasn't there. I won't be buying them again.

Great for summer dishes
I love using JFC's somen noodles in cold salads during summer. They have a nice chew and hold up well with dressing. Just be careful not to overcook them, or they can get mushy!

Deliciously Unique Noodles!
I recently tried JFC's Tomoshiraga somen noodles, and they are fantastic. The texture is light and the flavor is spot on for my homemade stir-fries. I love that they come in a 16-ounce package, which is perfect for a family meal.
