Pretty good, but a bit crumbly
The King Arthur gluten-free cookie mix works well, but I noticed the cookies can be a bit crumbly compared to regular ones. They taste awesome though, and everyone still enjoyed them! Would buy again.

The 16 oz King Arthur mix arrived with a dented package, which was disappointing. Luckily, the cookie mix itself was fine and baked into some decent cookies! Just be careful with the shipping next time.
