Not as expected, color is off
I had high hopes for the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, but it didn’t turn out like I thought. The color is much darker than I’ve seen in stores, and the flavor was a bit too strong for my taste. I ended up not using it much. Disappointed.

Good but a bit too thick
This hoisin sauce from Lee Kum Kee has a great taste, but I found it thicker than I expected. It still works well for dipping and in recipes, but I had to add a bit of water to thin it out when using it in sauces. Not a dealbreaker, though!
