I was really looking forward to trying these potato pancakes but the package arrived with a dented corner. After opening, I found the mix was spilled everywhere. I couldn't use it and had to throw it away. Really disappointing, especially for a gluten-free product I was excited about.

Tasty but lacking in flavor
The potato pancake mix from Manischewitz was easy to make, but I found it a bit bland. Maybe it's just me, but I expected a stronger flavor from a traditional style mix. Still, it’s gluten-free and the texture was nice, so I might try adding some spices next time!
