The seeds are fine, but my package arrived a bit dented. It’s an 8 oz bag, which is a nice size, but I’d love to see better packaging in the future. The seeds themselves seem fresh, so I’m happy with that part.

These hemp seeds are a fantastic snack! Tossed some into my yogurt and it made a nice difference. The 8 oz size is just right, but I do wish they had a resealable bag. Still, I’ll be buying more!

I wanted to love these hemp seeds, but mine came stale and had an off taste. The 8 oz size is nice, but freshness is key. I might try again if I can find them at a store instead of online.

Decent but not what I expected
I found the shelled hemp seeds from Manitoba Harvest to be fine, but the taste was a bit milder than I imagined. They add some texture, but not much flavor. Good for mixing in with other foods, though!
