The NESCO Original Jerky Spice, BJ-6, has the perfect blend of seasonings to make wonderful tasting jerky. It is easy to use, simply mix package into ground meat to create a delicious treat!
I was disappointed with the Nesco jerky seasoning. It was way too salty for my taste, and I felt like it masked the meat's natural flavor. I was hoping for something more balanced. Also, I didn’t like that I had to use all the seasoning to make the full 6 pounds. Would not buy again.

Good but needs a bit more spice
The Nesco jerky seasoning is solid, but I wish it had a little more kick to it. It makes a great batch of jerky, and I love that it can handle up to 6 pounds of meat, but I typically add extra pepper for more flavor. Still a good buy!

Delicious Jerky Every Time!
I've used the Nesco jerky seasoning a couple of times now, and I love it! The original flavor is perfect and really brings out the best in the meat. It’s super easy to mix, and I can make 6 pounds of jerky with just one pack. My family can't get enough of it!

Great Value for Jerky Lovers!
If you're into making jerky, you can't go wrong with Nesco's original seasoning. The 3-pack is a great deal, and I've made several batches already. The taste is spot on, and it's really easy to prepare. Just be sure to follow the instructions carefully!
