I bought this safflower oil hoping for something versatile, but I just prefer olive oil for most of my recipes. The flavor is pretty neutral, but it doesn’t excite me. It’s fine, but I won’t be buying it again anytime soon. Just my personal taste!

Great for High-Heat Cooking
I’ve been using Spectrum's refined safflower oil for a few weeks now, and it's become my go-to for frying and sautéing. The high smoke point really makes a difference, and I love that it comes in a handy 16 oz size. Plus, it's organic, which is a big plus for me!

Quality Organic Oil, Happy to Use
I'm really happy with this Spectrum safflower oil! The organic label gives me peace of mind, and I find it very versatile in my cooking. It’s also nice that it comes in a pack of 12, so I don’t have to restock often. Definitely a repeat purchase for me!

Solid Oil for Everyday Use
This safflower oil is pretty solid for my daily cooking needs. I appreciate the organic quality, and the 16 oz bottles are just right for my kitchen. It doesn't overpower the flavors of the dishes I make. Only wish it had a sturdier bottle!

Mixed Feelings About This Oil
While the safflower oil works well for high-heat cooking, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. One of the bottles arrived dented, and I had to transfer the oil to another container. Other than that, it’s a decent product.
