I tried the Star Anise rice wrappers for the first time and they were a bit tricky for me. They took some practice to get the soaking time right. Once I figured it out, the rolls turned out tasty! Just wish the instructions were clearer.

I bought these Star Anise rice wrappers to make fresh spring rolls, and they work like a charm. They soften quickly in water and are super easy to roll. Just be careful not to over-soak, or they can get sticky! Definitely a hit at my last dinner party.

Packaging arrived damaged
The rice wrappers from Star Anise are good, but I was disappointed when the packaging arrived torn. Some wrappers were damaged, which made it harder to work with. The taste and texture were fine, though, so I might try again if they improve their packaging.
