Packaging arrived damaged
Unfortunately, my Tazo tea box came with some damage, and a few bags were crumpled. The tea itself tastes good, but it was a letdown to see it arrive like that. I might reorder if I can get a better package next time, as I love this flavor!

Good tea but tricky to open
I really like the Tazo Passion flavor; it's fruity and refreshing. However, I found the packaging a bit difficult to open cleanly, which was kind of annoying. Still, the tea itself is great, so I might just need to get used to it. Worth a try if you're looking for something different.
