Our organic minced ginger is made by grinding fresh ginger to a fine paste. Provides fresh ginger heat and flavor. Fine texture; Will flow through most fillers. Minimal fiber.
The minced ginger has a nice taste, but the packaging was a bit damaged when it arrived. Not a huge issue, but it did make me worry about freshness. Still, it's easy to use and adds a great kick to my dishes.
