The flavor of this pasta is pretty good, but I found it needed a bit longer to cook than what the package suggests. Still a solid choice for a gluten-free option. I bought this pack for my family, and they enjoyed it. Just keep an eye on it while cooking!

Not as firm as wheat pasta
