Good but not spicy enough
The Tony Chachere's Red Beans and Rice Mix is decent, but I expected a bit more heat. It’s super easy to prepare, which I appreciate, but next time I might add some cayenne pepper to kick it up a notch. Overall, it’s good for a quick side dish.

I had high hopes for Tony Chachere's Red Beans and Rice Mix, but the batch I received had a lot of broken rice grains. It didn’t cook well and the texture was off. Might try another brand next time if quality doesn’t improve.
