Ziyad Brand Premium Pomegranate Sauce or Pomegranate Molasses is a delicious and authentic sauce used in Turkey and throughout the Middle East. Very popular in dressing salads such as Fattoush, but feel free to use it in any salad dressing, substitute it in your dressing recipe for all of your vinegar or use just a few drops to add some depth.
